We offer a competitive 20% management fee on all properties. This includes all services and benefits.

Listing and booking management

Here at Super Stays Melbourne, we take care of every aspect of the guest bookings. From listing your property on multiple platform to handling all the admin and guest management. You can relax, confident your investment is on capable hands. Or if you want a more hands on approach, we can make you a co-host so you can be a part of the whole process.

Cross-platform marketing and photography

To maximise exposure for your apartment, we list your property on both Airbnb and HomeAway. Other platforms can be arranged at your request. We also coordinate and organise professional photography from $299.

Laundry and cleaning services

Super Stays offers a professional cleaning service, free of charge to owners as the cleaning fees are charged directly to the guests. Laundry service is included in the management fee.

Property inspection and maintenance coordination

To ensure your property is well maintained, we do maintenance and damage checks every time we are at your property. On the rare occasion damage occurs, we will coordinate any third party services.

Guest vetting

To make sure all guests respect your house rules and priority, we have a strict a guest vetting service. This includes crosschecking guests reviews to minimise potential issues.

Essential items

Our team arrange all essential items for our guests to ensure they have everything they may need for a short or long term stay. This includes shampoo and conditioner, body wash, tea and coffee, sugar, toilet paper and paper towels as well as soap and dish washing tablets. We buy all our products in bulk to keep owner costs to a minimum.

Decorating Assistance

Time poor or have no idea where to start? allow our experienced team to assist you in all aspects of the decorating process. Full service ranging from sourcing and fully furnishing your apartment to applying the classy little finishing touches.
